Most outdoor saunas are designed to convert at unboxing — photogenic on the render, glossy on the showroom floor. Bettr is designed for the user who'll heat it four nights a week through ten winters. Every wall thickness, every fastener grade, every joint detail is chosen for what's still working at year ten.
Entry-level saunas hide a weak heater under a low bench, so the air at face level barely reaches 70°C. A Bettr Ritual pairs a raised bench with a powerful Harvia stove sized to the cabin — true 80–90°C where you actually sit, with löyly that lands evenly across the bench.
Most cabins in this category stack you onto a shallow bench with your head against the ceiling. Bettr is laid out for the way people actually use a sauna — sit upright with room above you, or fully recline. Bench depth, headroom, and stove clearance are dimensioned for the body, not the brochure.
A sauna that takes two hours to heat is a sauna that gets used in summer. A Bettr Ritual hits session-ready temperature in about 30 minutes — short enough that the evening session is on the table on a January Tuesday, not just a Saturday in July.
