Shipping at a glance
Free curbside delivery on every order to the contiguous 48 United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union member states, Australia (mainland), New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and any country not listed above are quoted separately — contact us before ordering for a delivery quote.
Plan on 4-9 weeks from order to delivery. The window covers production, freight, and curbside delivery scheduling. We confirm an estimated date at order, and the freight carrier calls 1-3 days before delivery to schedule a 4-hour appointment window.

We'll quote freight, any taxes or duties not covered by DDP, and a realistic delivery timeline.
Lead time and transit

- 3-8 weeks from order to dispatch. We confirm an estimated date at order.
- Transit time
- 5-7 business days from dispatch to delivery for the contiguous 48 states. Longer for AK, HI, Canada, and Australia.
You'll get an order confirmation at purchase, a status update when your sauna is dispatched for delivery, and a tracking number once the freight carrier has the crate. The carrier calls ahead 1-3 days before delivery to schedule a 4-hour appointment window.
Severe weather, freight backlogs, and other supply chain disruptions can occasionally extend delivery by a few days. We'll let you know if we see a delay developing.
What curbside delivery means
- What curbside is
- The freight carrier delivers the crate to the curb, driveway, or as close to your address as their truck can safely access.
- What the carrier does
- Lowers the crate off the truck using a liftgate and sets it down at the agreed drop point.
- What the carrier doesn't do
- Carry the crate inside, around the back, up steps, into a basement or backyard, or remove the packaging.
Plan your delivery access ahead of time. The crate is approximately 600+ lbs and about the size of a small refrigerator. Most customers move it the rest of the way using a furniture dolly, a few extra hands, or a hired local mover. If you have stairs, a narrow path, or want the unit placed exactly where you'll install it, hire a local moving service for white-glove delivery from the curb to your final placement.
Delivery day
An adult 18 or older needs to be at the address during the delivery window. Have your foundation ready before delivery — a level concrete pad, reinforced patio, or appropriate base. Installation cannot start without one.
Inspect the crate before signing. Walk around all four sides and check for visible damage: dents, holes, water marks, signs of forklift impact, broken straps. If anything looks wrong, write "Possible Concealed Damage" on the bill of lading before you sign, photograph the crate from every angle, save all packaging, and email support@bettrsauna.co within 5 business days. We file the freight claim and arrange replacement parts or a unit at no charge to you. Signing without notation can limit your damage claim options.
If the crate looks fine, sign for delivery as normal. If you find damage during assembly that wasn't visible at delivery, contact us within 5 business days with photos. Damage discovered later may not qualify as freight damage — see the damage section of our Return Policy for details.
Professional assembly
Each Bettr Sauna is designed for two-person assembly in 2-4 hours using common hand tools. The assembly manual ships in the crate.
If you'd rather have the sauna assembled for you, we offer a Sauna Assembly Service add-on at checkout. Pricing varies by sauna size and your location.
Professional assembly does not include electrical wiring, outlet installation, breaker work, permits, or local code corrections. All electrical work must be performed by a qualified licensed electrician in accordance with the installation manual and local code. Damage caused by improper installation may void your heater warranty.
Address changes and reroutes
If you need to change your shipping address, email support@bettrsauna.co as soon as possible. Address changes before the unit leaves our warehouse are usually free. Changes after pickup may incur reroute fees from the freight carrier — we'll quote the fee before proceeding.
We do not deliver to freight forwarders, mail-forwarding services, or third-party warehouses. Delivery to a freight forwarder voids return eligibility, warranty coverage, and any damage claim — there is no way to confirm what condition the unit was in when it left the forwarder.
