Condition requirements
What returned saunas must meet for a full refund. Normal wear is expected; misuse or modification is not.
Returned saunas must meet the following condition requirements for a full refund:
- The sauna has been used as intended (sauna sessions, not modified for other purposes)
- The unit has been maintained per the care guide (Section 10)
- All major components are present and functional
- The unit has not been modified from its original configuration with non-original parts
Normal wear from regular sauna use is expected and accepted. Returns showing significant damage from misuse, neglect, or causes outside normal sauna operation may not qualify for a full refund. Our team will communicate clearly about any condition issues before the return is finalized.
