Contact channels and hours

Live chat, phone, and email — Mon–Sun 9 AM to 5 PM EST. When to use each channel.

Our team is available Monday through Sunday, 9AM to 5PM EST.

  • Live chat: available on every page of our website. Fastest channel for quick questions.
  • Phone: for complex situations, walk-throughs, or anything you'd rather discuss live. The phone number is listed on our Contact page.
  • Email: for documentation-heavy issues (warranty claims with photos, return coordination, detailed troubleshooting). Email reaches the same team and is best when you need a written trail.

For urgent issues outside business hours, send an email or chat message with your description and we'll respond first thing the next business morning.
