Circuit specs for the SW90E heater on the flagship — single-phase 50 A or three-phase 3×16 A. Highest power draw in the Ritual line.
The Ritual 8-Person uses the Harvia "The Wall" SW90E heater rated at 9.0 kW. This is the highest power draw in the Ritual line and most often requires panel verification before installation.

For your electrician
- Run either a dedicated 50 A circuit on 230 V single-phase, or a 3 × 16 A circuit on 400 V three-phase
- Verify panel has spare capacity for a 50 A circuit before quoting (older panels often do not)
- Install an isolation switch near the sauna location
- Connect to the heater per the Harvia wiring diagram
If your panel doesn't have capacity for the 50 A single-phase circuit, your electrician may recommend a panel upgrade or the three-phase option (where available) as an alternative.
