Glass condensation
Condensation during heat-up is normal — clears within 5-10 minutes. When it's concerning enough to call.
Condensation on the inside of the glass door or window during heat-up is normal. The temperature differential between the cooler glass and the heating cabin air causes water droplets to form on the glass surface. Condensation evaporates within 5 to 10 minutes once the cabin is fully heated.
When condensation is concerning (contact our team)
- Persistent condensation that doesn't clear once the cabin is at temperature
- Condensation pooling at the bottom of the door or window seal
- Visible water damage on the wood around the glass
