Heater will not turn on

Four checks to run before contacting support — controller power, isolation switch, breaker, controller display.

Check first

• Is the power switch on the controller in the "on" position?
• Is the isolation switch near the unit in the "on" position?
• Is the breaker for the dedicated circuit in the panel in the "on" position (not tripped)?
• Is the controller display showing any text or error codes?

If everything checks out and the heater still won't turn on, the issue is likely electrical. Verify with your electrician that the circuit is delivering the correct voltage and amperage. If the wiring is fine and the heater itself is unresponsive, contact our team with the model, the controller readings, and a photo of the wiring connections.
