LED lights or remote not working
Three failure modes — lights don't turn on, lights flicker or dim, remote stopped working — plus first steps for each.
Lights don't turn on
- Verify the wireless remote is responding (the light indicator on the remote should activate when buttons are pressed)
- Replace the remote batteries
- Verify the lights are connected at their wiring connection point
If the remote and connections are fine but the lights don't activate, contact our team.
Lights flicker or dim unexpectedly
- Check the wiring connection to the lights
- If the wiring is solid, the LEDs themselves may be failing; contact our team for replacement
Remote stopped working
- Replace the batteries first
- Verify the remote is paired with the receiver (consult your installation guide for re-pairing instructions)
- If the remote remains unresponsive after fresh batteries, contact our team for a replacement remote
