Modifying an order
What you can change in the first 48 hours, after that window, and once the order has shipped.
Most modifications are easiest in the first 48 hours after order confirmation. Contact our team with your order number and the change you need. Common modifications include:
- Change of model size
- Change of wood (Nordic Spruce to Canadian Red Cedar, or the reverse)
- Change of heater control type (standard to WiFi, or the reverse)
- Change of delivery address
- Change of contact information
Modifications after the 48-hour window may still be possible. Contact our team and we'll work with you on what's available.
