A monthly deeper inspection — door hinges, wood condition, lights and remote, stones, and a calibration test of the heater.

Once a month, do a deeper inspection.

Check the door hinges and handles for secure attachment. The 316 stainless hardware shouldn't need adjustment, but a quick verification catches anything that loosened from regular use.
Inspect the wood for any unusual changes (deep cracks, soft spots, or discoloration in localized areas). Surface checking and minor color variation is normal; significant changes are worth photographing and sending to our team.
Check the LED lights and remote. Replace remote batteries if response feels sluggish.
Inspect the stones for visible cracks or shattered pieces. Replace any obviously broken stones.
Run the heater to a high temperature without anyone inside, then verify the cabin reaches the target temperature within the expected heat-up time. This confirms everything is working as it should.
