Operating the standard control panel
Basic operation of the wall-mounted Harvia digital control — power, temperature, timer, delayed start, and lock function.
The wall-mounted digital control allows you to set target temperature, set run time, and start the heater.
Basic operation
- Press the power button to turn on the controller.
- Use the temperature buttons (+ and -) to set your target temperature.
- Use the timer buttons to set your run time.
- Press the power button again to start the heater.
- The display shows current temperature, target temperature, and remaining time.
- The heater turns off automatically when the timer expires, or you can turn it off manually at any time.
- Temperature range
- The controller allows temperatures from approximately 100°F / 38°C up to 230°F / 110°C. Most owners run sessions in the 175°F to 210°F range (80°C to 100°C).
- Timer range
- From 15 minutes up to several hours. Set your timer for the actual session length you plan, plus heat-up time.
- Delayed start
- The control panel supports scheduling the heater to begin heating later. This is useful if you want to come home to a hot sauna. Consult your control panel manual for the delayed start procedure (the button sequence and menu navigation are clearly labeled).
- Lock function
- The controller includes a lock that prevents unintended adjustments. This is useful in households with children or shared spaces. Consult your control panel manual for locking and unlocking.
