Refund timing and method

Refunds go to the original payment method. Up to 14 business days for processing after we receive and inspect, plus 3-10 days bank-side.

Refunds are issued after the returned sauna is received and inspected at our facility. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase.

Standard refund processing time is up to 14 business days after our facility receives and inspects the returned unit. Bank or card processing time after we issue the refund is typically 3 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
