Common replacement parts available through Bettr support and how to order. For warranty-covered parts, see Section 13.
Common replacement parts available through Bettr support:
- Stones (full 20 kg replacement set)
- LED light bulbs and remote
- Door hinges and handles
- Specific wall panels (in case of damage)
- Bench tops and supports
- Heater controllers (standard or WiFi)
- Heater elements (less common; usually a Harvia warranty item)
- Asphalt shingles for roof patches
- Wooden bucket, ladle, sandglass, thermometer (if these are damaged or lost)
