The return process
Six steps from initiation to refund. Typically 3-6 weeks total depending on location and shipping logistics.
- You contact our team to start the return
- Our team confirms your order details and provides return instructions
- You disassemble the sauna for return shipment (the process is the reverse of original assembly; instructions and support are provided)
- Our team assists you with arranging return shipment
- The disassembled sauna ships back to our facility
- Once received and inspected at our facility, your refund is processed
The full process typically takes 3 to 6 weeks from when you initiate the return to when your refund is issued, depending on your location and shipping logistics.
