You've made a major purchase, and we want you set up correctly from day one. The articles in this help center walk you through everything from preparing your installation site to your first session and onward into long-term care.

If you're reading this before delivery, start with Section 4 (Site Preparation). If your sauna has already arrived, start with Section 6 (Shipping and Delivery) for inspection guidance, then Section 7 (Assembly and Installation). Once your sauna is operational, Sections 8 through 10 cover daily use and care.
