Damage from misuse, improper electrical or assembly, modifications, or extreme weather. HOA/municipality denial is covered. Shipping damage is warranty, not return.

The 365-day trial does not cover:

Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect
Damage from improper electrical installation (work not performed by a licensed electrician)
Damage from improper assembly (deviation from the assembly guide)
Damage from modifications or unauthorized repair attempts
Damage from extreme weather events outside the design specifications
