Customer responsibilities in the return process — disassembly, return shipping, optional installation site restoration.
The following are your responsibility in the return process:
- Disassembly of the sauna for return shipment
- Return shipping costs
- Restoration of your installation site if you choose to (removal of foundation, restoration of grass, etc.)
The free shipping that came with your original order does not apply to returns. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact our team to coordinate the return shipment.
