What's covered
Five years on your sauna cabin. Frame, walls, joinery, hardware, glass panels, door locks, and lighting. If any of it fails from a manufacturing defect, we replace the part at no cost. Your Harvia heater is covered under its own manufacturer warranty.
What's not covered
Physical damage, cosmetic wood changes, modifications, commercial use, and labor costs.
Filing a claim
Email or call the moment something looks off. We'll confirm the issue with you and ship the replacement part free, most swaps are straightforward and handled by you at home.
Transfers to the next owner
Sell your home and the warranty moves with the sauna, full remaining term, no paperwork.
