Hydration

Hydration is the single most important safety practice for any user.
- Drink 16 oz / 500 ml of water before a session
- Drink during the session as you feel thirsty
- Drink 16 oz / 500 ml within 15 minutes of stepping out
- Continue drinking water for an hour after
Signs of dehydration include headache, fatigue, dizziness, and dark urine. If you experience these during or after sauna use, hydrate and rest. Don't continue or start another session until you're recovered.
