Lead times

Standard lead time of 2-4 weeks for in-stock configurations, 6-10 weeks for out-of-stock.

Standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from order to delivery for in-stock configurations. If your selected model, wood, and heater control combination is in stock, you'll receive tracking information within the timeframe noted in your order confirmation.

If your configuration is not in stock, lead time can extend to 6 to 10 weeks. Out-of-stock status is shown at checkout, and your order confirmation email includes estimated delivery dates based on current stock.
