Pets
Saunas are not designed for pets. Their thermoregulation is different from humans and the heat is dangerous.
Saunas are not designed for pets. Dogs, cats, and other domesticated animals do not regulate body temperature the same way humans do, and sauna heat can be dangerous for them.
- Do not bring pets into the sauna during sessions
- Keep pets out of the cabin during heat-up and cool-down
- If pets have access to the area around the sauna, make sure the cabin is fully closed when not in use to prevent them from entering
If you're concerned a pet has been exposed to sauna heat and is showing signs of distress (excessive panting, lethargy, vomiting, or unsteadiness), contact your veterinarian.
