Storing your sauna before installation

Storing your sauna before installation

Storage guidelines if your foundation, electrician, or schedule isn't ready — keep dry, off the ground, out of direct sun.

If your foundation isn't ready, your electrician hasn't finished, or you're waiting on a free weekend to assemble, you can store the components until you're ready.

Storage guidelines

  • Store the pallet in a dry, covered area (garage, shed, basement, or a tarped section of your yard if covered storage isn't available)
  • Keep the wood components off direct ground contact (the pallet itself elevates them; if you remove components from the pallet for staging, place them on a clean, dry, raised surface)
  • Avoid prolonged storage in direct sunlight (the wood is treated, but extended UV exposure before assembly can affect surface finish)
  • Aim to assemble within 60 days of delivery for best results
  • Storage longer than 90 days may affect manufacturer warranty on the wood components; contact our team if you need extended storage
