Transferability and statutory rights

The Bettr warranty is non-transferable. Statutory rights under US, Canada, and Australia consumer protection laws still apply.

The Bettr warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original delivery address. The warranty is non-transferable to subsequent owners if the sauna is sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any right or remedy available to you under:

• The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and applicable state consumer protection laws (United States)
• The Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and applicable provincial consumer protection laws (Canada)
• The Australian Consumer Law as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australia)

Where statutory rights apply, they take precedence over any term of this warranty that might otherwise limit them.
