- 13.3 What is not coveredDamage from improper assembly, electrical work, misuse, weather outside design specs, third-party modifications, or post-installation moves. Plus how glass damage determination works.
- 13.4 Heater warranty (Harvia)The Harvia heater is covered under Harvia's separate manufacturer warranty (typically 2 years). Bettr handles the customer-facing communication.
- 13.5 How to file a claimFour-step claim process from contact to resolution. Documentation that helps your claim move faster.
- 13.6 Replacement partsHow warranty-covered parts ship (no charge, no shipping fee) vs. non-warranty parts (standard prices).
- 13.7 Transferability and statutory rightsThe Bettr warranty is non-transferable. Statutory rights under US, Canada, and Australia consumer protection laws still apply.
