What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — wall panels, roof, base, hardware, glass, lighting, controllers, vents, and wood treatment performance.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the following components:
- Wall panels and structural integrity
- Roof structure
- Reinforced fiberglass base
- 316 stainless steel hardware (fasteners, hinges, brackets, accents) against corrosion or failure under normal conditions
- Glass door and window for manufacturing defects (see Section 13.3 for what is not covered)
- LED lighting, controllers, and operating hardware
- Airflow vent assemblies
- Wood treatment performing as specified (thermal modification of Nordic Spruce, natural rot resistance of Canadian Red Cedar)
Replacement parts and components covered under warranty are provided at no charge, with shipping included.
