How warranty-covered parts ship (no charge, no shipping fee) vs. non-warranty parts (standard prices).
For parts covered under warranty:
- Replacement parts are provided at no charge
- Shipping is included
- Standard ground shipping applies; expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee on request
- Installation of replacement parts is your responsibility, with our team available for guidance
For complex repairs that require professional assistance, we can coordinate with installers in your area in some markets. This is handled case-by-case.
For parts not covered under warranty (consumables, post-warranty repairs, or non-warranty damage), parts are available at standard prices through our team.
