Assembly sequence overview
The 11-step high-level flow from foundation check through final inspection. Detailed instructions are in the printed guide.
The full sequence is in your printed assembly guide. Here's the high-level flow so you know what to expect.
- Verify the foundation is level before placing any components. Use your level to check across the footprint. If the foundation is off by more than 1/2 inch (12 mm), shim or relevel before continuing.
- Place the reinforced fiberglass base sections on the foundation according to the layout in the guide.
- Assemble the floor frame on top of the base sections.
- Stand up the wall panels one at a time, starting from a back corner. Each panel connects to its neighbors with the included hardware.
- Install the door frame and door as a single unit. The door is pre-mounted in its frame for ease of installation.
- Install the window panel.
- Install the bench frames and bench tops at the elevated height specified in the guide.
- Mount the heater to its designated wall location and load the 20 kg of stones (see Section 8.5 for stone loading).
- Install the LED lighting and airflow vents per the guide.
- Install the roof panels and apply the asphalt shingles.
- Final inspection. Walk around the unit, verify all fasteners are tight, all panels are seated, and the door opens and closes smoothly.
The electrical connections are done by your licensed electrician (Section 7.5).
