New owner quick-start checklist

A four-stage checklist (pre-install, assembly, first use, ongoing) with a deep-link into every article that backs it up.

Use this checklist if your sauna has just been delivered. Each item links to a detailed article elsewhere in this help center.

Pre-installation

• Confirm your foundation is level and rated for your model's loaded weight (Section 4.1 to 4.5)
• Confirm your electrician is scheduled and the dedicated circuit is planned (Section 4.6 to 4.10)
• Confirm clearance around the installation site (Section 4.11)
• Inspect the shipment for damage on arrival (Section 6.4)

Assembly

• Gather your tools (Section 7.1)
• Recruit two able-bodied adults for the work (Section 7.2)
• Follow the assembly sequence in your printed guide and Section 7.3
• Pair your assembly day with electrical work timing (Section 7.5)

First use

• Run the first fire-up procedure before your first session (Section 8.1)
• Load and test your stones (Section 8.5)
• Read the first session guidance (Section 9.1)
• Set up the WiFi controller if you have one (Section 8.3)

Ongoing

• Adopt the after-session routine (Section 10.1)
• Schedule weekly and monthly care (Section 10.2 and 10.3)
• Save support contact details for when you need help (Section 15)
